- Measuring near-misses on the corridor; a person verifies each flagged conflict.
- Keeping video on the device: only conflict metadata and short event clips leave the pole.
- Reporting results only when the evaluation windows, registered before the data, close.
Neural Sentient, the Gravity Digital Solutions (GDS) road-safety platform, is live on the M Street SE/SW corridor in Washington, DC. GDS was selected in May 2026 through ITS America’s M Street Road Safety Technology Reverse Pitch, run with the District Department of Transportation, the DC Highway Safety Office and the Southwest Business Improvement District.

“The hardest part of a safety pilot is not seeing the near-miss. It is proving, in a way an agency can sign, that a change on the road reduced them. We wrote the evaluation before the data, and we will report what it says.”
Karthik Sivakoti, Founder and CEO, Gravity Digital Solutions
GDS presents the method at the 9th IRF Global R2T Conference on Friday, November 6, and at the IBTTA 94th Annual Meeting on November 12 to 15. Agencies interested in a corridor pilot can write to contact@gravitydigitalsolutions.com.
