Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our Position

Gravity Digital Solutions, LLC ("GDS") does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not operate an advertising business, we do not rent or auction data, and we do not build consumer profiles. This page explains the limited personal information we do handle in the operation of our website and business, the rights available to you under applicable US state privacy laws, and the mechanisms by which you can exercise those rights.

2. Information We Process

On this website, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled to understand aggregate traffic patterns such as pages viewed, session duration, and referring-site category. Advertising features are disabled, and we do not participate in cross-site tracking. When you submit an inquiry or request a demo, we collect the information you provide so that we can respond to you.

Our products are delivered through business-to-business engagements with customer organizations under signed agreements. Where personal information is processed within a customer deployment, the deploying organization is the data controller or business, and GDS acts as the service provider or processor. Requests regarding data processed inside a customer deployment are most effectively addressed to the deploying organization; we will assist our customers in responding as required by the applicable agreement and by law.

3. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence and the nature of our processing, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and why; to access a copy of that information; to correct inaccurate information; to delete personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations; to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); to opt out of targeted advertising (we do not conduct it); to opt out of profiling that produces legally or similarly significant effects (we do not conduct it with respect to website visitors); and to appeal an adverse decision on any of these requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right described on this page.

4. How to Opt Out

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser transmits a GPC header, we treat that as a valid opt-out request and do not require you to provide any additional information. You may also submit a request by emailing contact@gravitydigitalsolutions.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Upon receiving a valid request, we will stop further analytics collection attributable to you, delete existing analytics records we can reasonably associate with you, and confirm completion in writing within the timeframe required by applicable law — typically within forty-five (45) days, subject to any extension permitted by that law.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require the agent to provide proof of the authorization and, in some cases, direct confirmation from you. For requests involving account records, we may request reasonable verification proportionate to the sensitivity of the information, using information you have previously provided to us. We will not request more information than is necessary to verify the request.

5. Appeals

If we decline a request that you believe should be honored, you may appeal by replying to our decision or writing to contact@gravitydigitalsolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will review the appeal in good faith and inform you in writing of our decision and reasoning within the period required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied and you are a resident of a state with an applicable privacy statute, you retain the right to contact your state attorney general or equivalent regulator.

6. Children

The Service is directed to business, government, and transportation-industry users and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly sell, share, or process the personal information of minors, and we do not direct targeted advertising or profile-building activities at minors.
