How does the trial work?
The trial gives you 1,000 MB-Credits (1 GB) of compression capacity - no time limit, just credit-based. Email verification required. No credit card needed. Once credits are exhausted, the app locks and you can upgrade to a paid plan.
What are MB-Credits?
MB-Credits are our usage-based pricing unit. 1 MB-Credit = 1 MB of original file size compressed. For example, if you compress a 5 MB image, you use 5 MB-Credits. This ensures fair pricing regardless of compression ratio achieved.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
For paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business), overage is billed automatically at your tier's overage rate: $0.0005/MB for Starter, $0.0003/MB for Professional, and $0.0002/MB for Business. Overage appears as a single line item on your next invoice — no action required. If you consistently exceed your allocation, upgrading a tier is almost always cheaper than paying overage.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately and your MB-Credits allocation increases. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied with Neural Compress Pro, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Overage charges incurred during the trial window are non-refundable.
What is the maximum file size I can compress?
Maximum file size depends on your tier: Trial (10 MB), Starter (25 MB), Professional (100 MB), Business (500 MB). Enterprise plans have no file size limits. This ensures optimal performance and quality for each tier.
