Getting Started

System Requirements

Account Setup

1. Navigate to Sign Up
2. Enter your email, username, and create a strong password
3. Verify your email address
4. Contact your administrator for role assignment

First Upload

1. Log in to your Neural Sentinel account
2. Navigate to the Upload section
3. Drag and drop or select video/image files
4. Monitor processing progress in real-time
5. Review results in the Dashboard

Review Workflow

Automatic Processing

When media is uploaded, Neural Sentinel automatically:

1. Detects all vehicles in the frame
2. Extracts license plate information
3. Analyzes safety compliance
4. Assigns confidence scores

Auto-Approval

Detections above the configured confidence threshold are automatically approved. Default threshold is 85%, but can be adjusted by Supervisors.

Manual Review Queue

Detections below the threshold are sent to the review queue where operators can:

• Approve the detection as-is
• Correct the license plate reading
• Reject false positives
• Flag for supervisor review

Speed up your review process with keyboard shortcuts:

• R - Reject current detection
• E - Edit license plate
• N - Next detection
• P - Previous detection

What file formats are supported?

Neural Sentinel supports MP4, AVI, MOV video formats and JPEG, PNG image formats. Maximum file size is 2GB for videos.

How accurate is the license plate recognition?

Our system achieves 99.5% accuracy under optimal conditions. Accuracy may vary based on lighting, camera angle, and plate condition.

Can I integrate Neural Sentinel with our existing systems?
